The Honda Amaze is a Honda’s compact sedan and the second-best-selling Honda car in India, after Honda City. The 3,995 mm length, 1,695 mm width, 1,501 mm height, and a wheelbase of 2,470 mm make Honda amaze a fairly spacious 5-seater and give it a city-friendly size to manoeuvre through city traffic. The latest generation Honda Amaze comes with a 1.2 litre petrol engine and 1.5 litre diesel engine, both paired with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or CVT automatic. Moreover, it delivers a mileage of 18.6 kmpl from petrol and 24.7 km/l from diesel.In terms of safety features, the Honda Amaze sports dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and high-speed alert system as standard. Additionally, the higher variants offer cruise control, and rear camera. Both engines came coupled with 5-speed manual and 5-speed torque converter automatic. The facelift in 2016 gave the sedan some cosmetic updates and torque converter was replaced by CVT automatic. The latest generation of Honda Amaze was launched in 2021.
