There is good space inside the Ignis considering how small the car looks from outside. Taller passengers also get enough headroom. The 1.2-litre petrol engine is smooth and doesn't make a lot of noise during normal driving. Pickup is also good for a small hatchback. Four adults can sit comfortably. With three adults in the back, there is less space around the shoulders.

However, the back seat is not very wide and there are many hard plastic parts inside. Its Global NCAP rating is also low. At the current Ignis car price, a well-maintained used example is still worth considering if you want a small petrol hatchback.
