Verdict
Grand i10 is quite an old car now, so check its condition properly before buying one. The petrol engine is smooth, there is enough space for four adults and even the Magna gets rear AC vents. Diesel models give better claimed mileage but most of them have also been on the road for several years now. The automatic is easy to drive in traffic but doesn't give as much mileage as the manual. It is a comfortable hatchback and has enough features for regular use.
Who should buy a Hyundai Grand i10
The Grand i10 can be a good used hatchback if you want decent space, easy driving and enough features. Even the Magna gets rear AC vents, power windows and electrically adjustable ORVMs on the later cars. Sportz and Asta have more features including the touchscreen. For normal city use, the petrol is a good option. The diesel can be considered if the car will be driven more, but check its service history and condition properly before buying.
