"The Ciaz is a sensible car with decent equipment for the price. My Delta (AT) returns nearly 18 kmpl in the city and 22 on highways – mileage is its biggest plus. The interior feels solid and spacious. However, it does feel a bit underpowered on highways, so overtakes need planning. The ride is comfortable, but I wish the car had more modern safety tech. Overall, it’s a reliable daily driver with excellent fuel economy, but don’t buy it if you want a sporty feel."
"We have a Ciaz Alpha automatic. It’s very comfortable and has all the features our family needs (cruise control, rear AC vents, big boot). The infotainment is user-friendly and the phone mirroring works great. Fuel efficiency is good even with an auto, giving us about 16 kmpl in city traffic. My only minor gripe is that the acceleration isn’t very quick and the styling is plain. But for daily commuting and highway trips, it’s very relaxing and trouble-free. Great value for the price paid."
"I bought the Ciaz Zeta (manual) as a family car, and it’s been great. The rear legroom is huge and even tall passengers are comfortable. On long drives, the ride is very smooth and the engine is silent. Mileage is excellent too – I regularly get around 18–19 kmpl in mixed city driving. The interiors feel well-made, and the touchscreen with Apple CarPlay works well. Overall, it feels like a premium car without costing too much. Highly recommended for anyone needing a roomy, economical sedan."
"We purchased the Ciaz 2018 model in 2022. The car is still going strong without any complaints. Due to the smart hybrid technology, the mileage is quite good too. "
"The Maruti Ciaz is a great car and very low on maintenance too. I have been driving this car since 2015 and it has never failed me during any trip till now. I hope that they bring a renewed version of this car soon. "
"Maruti Suzuki Ciaz offers generous legroom and bootspace. It is a perfect family car and does not disappoint when it comes to comfort. Modern features such as ventilated seats and sunroof are missing in this car. Yet, it was quite a feature-packed car for its time. "
"We love to drive this car on the highway and in the city as well. The Ciaz is known for its smooth driving dynamics. However, it can feel a little underpowered while climbing steep inclines. You need to be good at driving to pull out its maximum performance. "
"The powerful AC and smooth driving dynamics are the highlights of the Ciaz car. The Ciaz car price seems to be justifiable as it is quite a big car and offers the leading legroom in its segment."
