The 2026 Baleno facelift arrived in September 2026, and this time the changes go beyond the surface. Baleno Prices start at ₹6.10 lakh ex-showroom. The old 1.2-litre four-cylinder engine has made way for the new Z12E three-cylinder petrol engine, which makes 83 PS and 112 Nm and feels more responsive at low speeds. You can pick a 5-speed manual or an AMT. The CNG version puts out 70 PS and comes only with the manual gearbox. Baleno car mileage has gone up too, to nearly 24.8 kmpl on petrol and about 33.6 km/kg on CNG. The big talking point, though, is Level 2 ADAS, which no other hatchback in this segment offers yet. It brings adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist and automatic emergency braking, and sits alongside six airbags and a 360-degree camera.
