1. Open Spinny’s e-Challan page on the website or app.

2. Enter the vehicle registration number without spaces or special characters.

3. Select Check Challan.

4. Complete OTP verification if requested.

6. Select the eligible challans you want to settle and continue to pay.

Spinny helps users in managing several eligible challans effectively under its service, but it can levy convenience charges along with GST; hence, there may be instances of delay in settlement.

Bike and Two-Wheeler Challan Check in Rajasthan

A bike challan check follows the same process as a car challan check. Enter the complete registration number on Spinny or Parivahan and complete the requested verification. Review the number, date and location carefully, especially if the bike was sold recently.

Some of the usual two-wheeler offences include riding a two-wheeler without wearing a helmet, riding with more than one passenger, violating the speed limit, using a phone while riding, and driving without the required documents. You must check your two-wheeler challan online using your registration number. If there are no results, you must check using your driving license number instead using the Parivahan app.

All three options can be useful, but they serve slightly different needs.

A challan check without OTP may let you start a search, but it does not guarantee the complete record. Parivahan may request a registered mobile number, Aadhaar or OTP verification before revealing information or allowing payment. Spinny may also require an OTP, and its terms make it mandatory when an online challan is settled through the government portal.

You may not be able to obtain any information without verification. If you do not have access to your registered mobile number, you can update it using the authorised Vahan process. Do not disclose OTP information received via an unknown message or link.

How to Pay e-Challan Offline in Rajasthan

Cash payment of traffic challans is no longer available in Rajasthan. Through a gazette notification issued on 27 April 2026, the state made digital payment compulsory and ended cash collection for traffic fines.

You can check with the relevant authority for more clarification or to have the details corrected; however, payment via an eligible challan must be made through the prescribed digital channel. If it has reached the court, you must comply with the directions mentioned in the concerned record.

Figures shared in the Rajasthan Assembly show that traffic enforcement increased sharply during 2025.

In 2025, overspeeding accounted for about 43.68% of the police challans issued. The no-helmet cases accounted for 18.94%, the no-seat-belt cases accounted for 7.10%, and the drunk-driving cases accounted for 2.50% of the total challans issued.
