Tata Tigor Expert's Review 4.0

Experts praise the Tigor as a practical, value-packed compact sedan. It offers a spacious, well-engineered cabin and one of the largest boots in its class. Its styling has aged gracefully, with the facelift adding modern touches to keep it fresh. Reviewers note that the Tigor delivers good fuel economy and solid safety credentials (4-star Global NCAP) for its segment. Tata Tigor User's Review 4.0

"The Tigor is a fine city car – it’s easy to park and the steering is light. Build quality is solid and I like the smooth suspension. However, I expected a bit more punch from the 1.2L engine, especially when the car is fully loaded. The AMT version I tested felt a bit laggy during quick accelerations. Also, rear headroom is decent but taller passengers might feel cramped. Overall though, it’s reliable and economical (I get about 17 kmpl in mixed driving). Not perfect, but a very practical choice for urban use."

"I own the Tata Tigor XZ Plus (AMT) and I’m very happy with it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable even on long drives. Fuel efficiency is excellent – I regularly see 18–20 kmpl on highways. The new 10.25″ touchscreen and 360° camera in the facelift model are very handy. It’s built like a tank and feels safe. The only gripe is that the AMT sometimes hesitates a bit, but otherwise it’s a great value-for-money sedan."

~ Amit Sharma

"We bought the Tigor for our small family and it has been a great choice. The interior feels modern with the digital display and big infotainment screen. There’s plenty of legroom in the back for my kids, and the 419L boot easily fits our luggage. Safety features like TPMS and multiple airbags give us peace of mind. Fuel economy is impressive with the petrol engine (around 16 kmpl in city). It’s not very powerful, but it handles city traffic easily. All in all, it offers a lot of comfort and features for its price."
