The EV version may feel slightly underpowered, especially with the 19.2 kWh battery pack, but it works well for buyers who prefer calm, everyday driving over aggressive performance. The Tiago EV is not built to deliver an adrenaline-filled driving experience. Instead, it focuses on smooth, affordable, and practical city commuting. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in under 6 seconds. The 24 kWh battery pack produces 74 hp and 114 Nm of torque, which is good enough for daily city drives.

However, highway driving may feel slightly limited, especially for those who prefer quick overtakes or higher cruising speeds. For regular office runs, short trips, and daily errands, the performance feels easy and predictable.

The Tata Tiago EV comes with useful safety features such as a reverse parking camera, rear parking sensors, corner stability control, ABS with EBD, and child-safety door locks. These features make it safer and easier to drive in daily traffic and while parking in tight spaces.
