Tata Punch is an all-rounder when it comes to safety, features, and performance. Though car enthusiasts would like Tata Motors to launch it with a diesel engine, it is unlikely because it will increase the price range of Punch cars. Also, those who want low running costs can opt for the CNG variants. The compact dimensions of Punch make it great for city but it may not generate much power for speedy overtakes on the highways. The variants with the turbocharged petrol engine are suited for highways because of their higher power and torque figures.

Tata Punch is an excellent choice for families. Tata Punch’s ground clearance is high making it a capable car for navigating complicated roads. However, it is mostly built for the city traffic and its small turning radius and compact size provides the much-needed convenience while driving through busy traffic.
