Yes, you can sell a car with an ongoing loan, but only after securing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the lending body or bank. Apart from NOC, you would also need other documents, such as Form 28, Form 29, Form 30, Form 35, Sale Affidavit, Clearance Certificate, RC, PUC, PAN card, Address proof, etc.
