Had a terrible experience initially — the car started showing faults within days of purchase, multiple visits to the workshop didn’t help, and I was even asked to pay ₹24,000 for a part replacement within just two months. Was extremely distressed even after talking to countless officials until I posted this review and Mr Pravesh from Social Media Team Headquarters contacted me, and personally took over my case and handled it, with constant updates. Although I still had to pay a heavy amount within a small time of purchasing this car which is still a little disheartening, Mr Pravesh helped lay-off more than 50% of the price, which I am extremely grateful for. I wish I had spoken to him sooner than to go through such a long period of trouble. Hope Spinny hires more employees like him!

Dear Spinny Sales Team, After I purchased the car in Delhi, I faced several problems. I raised a ticket through the Spinny app, but I did not receive proper support. When the ticket was raised, I received a call from a person named Uday. The way he spoke to me was not appropriate. He said that it was my fault for driving the car after taking delivery and that I should not drive it on the road, otherwise I should “keep it at home and worship it.” This is not the right way to speak to a customer. If Uday speaks to all customers in this manner, it will seriously affect the customer experience. After I escalated the issue to the Spinny CEO and posted reviews on Google, the Spinny sales team contacted me, assured me that they would resolve the issue, and kept me updated until the amount was credited to my account. I am very grateful to them for their support. However, since the day I bought the car, I have had to spend a lot of money on repairs. One problem after another kept coming up. I have already spent more than four lakh rupees. If I had added another two and a half lakhs, I could have bought a brand-new car with a warranty. If these issues had been resolved earlier when I first complained, I would not have felt the need to escalate the matter. I raised the complaint only because I had driven less than a thousand kilometers and was very disappointed. When I went to see the car, it was polished and looked very good. However, I was not allowed to test-drive it on the road. I was told to drive it only inside the Spinny parking lot. Since the Spinny parking area is inside the Mantri Square Mall, outside noises cannot be heard properly. This was the root cause of all these problems, as I could not detect any issues during the test drive. To be honest, the car still has several problems. The steering makes noise, and the sound system has a rattling sound. But I am not going to complain further because the matter has already been closed and nothing more can be done. Finally, the team supported me and refunded 50% of the repair amount. I sincerely thank the Spinny sales team for their support. The total cost of repairing the car was very high, and Spinny refunded me 50% of that amount. Thank you once again. Regards, Pradeep
