I purchased a Hyundai i20 2020 Petrol Sports Plus from Spinny, and initially I discovered an issue with the odometer reading. Although it was not an intentional mistake and these things can happen, I was honestly disappointed that such an error occurred with a brand as large and reputed as Spinny. What truly impressed me, however, was what happened next. By the time I noticed the issue, more than 20 days had passed. The RC had already been transferred to my name and the insurance was updated as well — clearly beyond the standard 5-day return policy. Still, I raised a support ticket, not expecting much. To my absolute surprise, the Spinny team went above and beyond. They didn’t hide behind policy terms. They listened, investigated, and resolved the issue professionally. Not only did they take responsibility, but they also replaced the car and allowed me to choose another vehicle of my preference — even after the RC transfer.
