Maruti Suzuki has launched the first mid-lifecycle facelift of the second-generation Maruti Brezza. The carmaker has launched the new turbo-petrol variant at a starting price of Rs. 7.40 lakh (ex-showroom). Prices for the other variants are yet to be revealed. In addition to a new turbo-petrol engine, the new Brezza brings some cosmetic updates, a new gearbox, and some additional features. Here is a closer look at the new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift.

2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift: Dimensions and Design
The 2026 Maruti Brezza is 3,995 mm long, 1,790 mm wide, 1,685 mm tall, and has a 2,500 mm long wheelbase.
The Indo-Japanese carmaker has given minor tweaks to the Brezza’s exterior. Like the pre-facelift model, the new Brezza gets a boxy silhouette. The front end gets a dark chrome-treated grille connecting headlamps. The upright bumper is redesigned with a silver panel integrated, and it gets triangular foglamp housing and a silver faux skid plate. The side profile highlights new dual-tone cladding on the lower section of the doors, a new design for the 16-inch alloy wheels, silver roof rails, and blacked-out pillars for a floating roof effect. At the rear, the facelifted Brezza gets nearly the same design as the pre-facelift model, with the same tail lamps and slightly reworked bumper with a larger silver skid plate.
The new 2026 Brezza facelift is available in seven colour options. It carries over the old colour options: Pearl Arctic White, Sizzling Red, Bluish Black, Magma Grey, and Splendid Silver, and there are two new colour schemes: Vivacious Orange and Lustrous Beige. Moreover, the Red, Beige and White colour options are also available in dual-tone colour schemes in select variants, which add a black roof for a sportier feel.
2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift: Interior and Features
Like the exterior, there are only minor changes on the inside. The new 2026 Brezza carries forward the layered dashboard design and the same black and brown colour theme. However, there is new trim material and upholstery, new HVAC switches and a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system borrowed from the Maruti Victoris. Moreover, the silver inserts on the steering wheel have been replaced by gloss black inserts.
In terms of features, the new 2026 Maruti Brezza packs the same set as before, which includes a single-pane sunroof, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charger, automatic climate control, heads-up display, 6-speaker ARKAMYS surround sound system, cruise control and connected car tech. However, it also brings a few new features, such as ventilated front seats, a PM 2.5 filter with AQI display, and 64-colour ambient lighting.
For safety equipment, the new 2026 Brezza offers 6 airbags as standard, hill hold assist, electronic stability control, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, tyre pressure monitoring system, 360-degree camera, and rear parking sensors. The new safety features include front parking sensors and some Level-1 ADAS features, such as blind spot warning and rear cross traffic alert.
The new 2026 Maruti Brezza has scored a 5-star rating in the Bharat NCAP car crashworthiness test and emerged as one of the safest cars in India.
2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift: Engine and Transmission
The new 2026 Maruti Brezza comes with the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine as the pre-facelift model and a new 1-litre turbo petrol Boosterjet engine borrowed from the Maruti Fronx. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine produces 103 PS power and 139 Nm peak torque, and the 1-litre turbo petrol engine produces 110 PS power and 170 Nm peak torque. Both engine options are offered with a 6-speed manual gearbox; however, only the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine also comes paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
Like the pre-facelift model, the new Brezza is offered with a factory-fitted CNG kit. The CNG setup has been borrowed from the Maruti Victoris. Like the Victoris, the new Brezza gets an underbody-mounted CNG kit to save boot space, and does not offer a spare tyre. Below are all powertrain details of the new 2026 Maruti Brezza.

2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift: Price and Rivals
As of now, Maruti has revealed the prices of the base turbo-petrol variant, which is Rs. 7.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The new 2026 Maruti Brezza is available in four variants: LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI Plus.
Like the pre-facelift model, the new 2026 Maruti Brezza will compete with the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Kia Syros, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Skoda Kylaq. It will also compete with more affordable alternatives, such as the Tata Punch, Maruti Fronx, Hyundai Exter, Toyota Taisor, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite.
