One fine morning you decide to go early to work in hopes of coming back home early, you start your car and just drive away happily. You feel that providence is on your side as the traffic is low and you made a good decision going to work early. At the red light, you stop and see a uniformed police officer coming to you and by the time you realize it, he knocks on your window and hands you a piece of paper for driving without a seatbelt. Paying the challan is another time taking task, and in case you don’t pay it in the stipulated time, be prepared to spend long hours in court.
