Tata Harrier EV Exterior Images

The Tata Harrier EV shares the same broad stance and high hood of the diesel version but features a cleaner design front end with EV-specific bumpers and streamlined wheel designs for improved aerodynamic efficiency. Instead of the traditional open grille on the bottom portion of the front of the vehicle, the Harrier EV has connected LED lighting and an upper closed-off grille.

It measures 4,607 mm long, 1,922 mm wide and 1,740 mm tall, with a 2,741 mm wheelbase. Depending on the variant, the Harrier EV gets 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels, while higher variants add sequential indicators and LED fog lamps.

Front Profile

At the front of the Harrier EV, there is a thin LED DRL strip that runs from side to side across the front nose section. Below this strip, there are LED projector headlights positioned lower within the body of the vehicle. This design gives it a more refined and modern electric vehicle look since there is no longer an open grille on the front of the vehicle, which allows for greater airflow; however, the appearance of a high hood maintains a bold presence on the road.

Higher variants add LED fog lamps with cornering functionality and animated lighting sequences. The charging port is integrated neatly into the front area for easier access at charging stations.

Side Profile

The Harrier EV has similar proportions to the Harrier from the side, with its long and high-shouldered appearance. The squared-off wheel arches, dark lower panels, and rising line of the windows create an aggressive SUV presence, while the 2,741 mm wheelbase allows for generous interior passenger space.

Adventure variants use 18-inch wheels, while higher Fearless+ and Empowered versions move to 19-inch alloys with aerodynamic detailing. QWD versions retain the same basic body shape as the RWD models.

Rear Profile

An elongated LED taillight is stretches across the and creates a broad lighting signature at the back of the vehicle. Engineered components such as a wind-splitting roof spoiler, steeply sloping rear quarter glass and sculpted lower bumper maintain a close relationship to the design of a standard Harrier while adding some minor unique EV features to distinguish itself from its conventional counterpart.

Higher variants get a gesture-controlled powered tailgate, while a rear wiper, washer and defogger improve everyday usability.

Overall, the exterior styling of the Harrier EV preserves the overall identity of the conventional Harrier but offers more unique detailing associated with being 100% electric.

Tata Harrier EV Interior Images

Inside, the Harrier EV uses a premium five-seat layout with a wide dashboard and large central display. Regular variants use a dual-tone white-and-grey interior, while the Stealth Edition changes to an all-black theme. The flat floor also helps create a more spacious rear cabin.

Higher-level trims of the Harrier EV include upgraded leatherette seats, powered and ventilated front seats, rear sunshades, a panoramic sunroof, as well as JBL Premium Audio.

Key Highlights

  • Up to a 14.53-inch Harman Neo QLED infotainment touchscreen
  • 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster
  • Powered and ventilated front seats on higher variants
  • Panoramic sunroof and JBL 10-speaker audio on top trims

Dashboard & Front Seats

Adventure 65 includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen display, while higher-level trims come with larger touchscreens. The highest Empowered Models feature a Harman NEO QLED touchscreen display 14.53 inches in size, which is developed in collaboration with Samsung and a 10.25-inch Digital Instrument Cluster; the complete audio system features JBL Premium Audio.

Higher variants also add powered and ventilated front seats, driver-seat memory, wireless charging and dual-zone automatic climate control. The front-passenger seat gets powered Boss Mode on equipped versions.

Second Row

Designed for five passengers, the Harrier EV features a broad rear bench seat that can accommodate three people. Because the floor is flat, there is ample foot room available for anybody seated in the middle of the vehicle. The long wheelbase allows for plenty of leg and knee room for each of the two outer rear seat passengers.

Rear passengers get dedicated AC vents, Type-C charging ports and a centre armrest with cupholders. Higher versions add comfort headrests, rear-window sunshades and Boss Mode. The 60:40 split rear seatback can also be folded when additional luggage capacity is needed.

Boot Space

The Tata Harrier EV has a commendable boot capacity of 502 litres (up to the roof), enough to carry some baggage or bags for a long trip with family. The maximum cargo capacity is achieved by making the second-row seats foldable and provides around 999 litres of storage.

The electric powertrain also creates space beneath the bonnet. Rear-wheel-drive versions offer a 67-litre frunk, while QWD models provide a smaller 35-litre front compartment because the additional front motor occupies more room.

In general, the Harrier EV is characterised by great passenger space and a good boot space as well.

Higher variants add ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, premium JBL audio, 540-degree surround view, a powered tailgate and Level 2 ADAS.
