Hyundai Verna Interiors

Talking about the interiors, the 2nd generation Verna (2012-2014) featured a well laid out interior with top notch materials and features. Considering a 2012 launch, the Hyundai Verna offered a lot of contemporary features and offerings. The driver’s seat was comfortable and had all the regular adjustments, including height adjustment. Coming to the diesel, the 1.4-litre U2 CRDi diesel engine produced 89 bhp & 220 Nm of torque, while the 1.6L U2 CRDi diesel engine produced 126 bhp & 260 Nm torque. Coming to transmission, a choice could be made from either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic which was later replaced by the 6-speed automatic transmission.

All the four engines on offer were well refined and powerful, delivering a smooth and sturdy performance in the city as well as in highways. Mileage numbers stood at 15.92kmpl for the petrol automatic, 17.70kmpl for the petrol manual, 21.02kmpl for diesel automatic and 24.75kmpl for diesel manual.
