- Step 1: Register online on the official website of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MoRTH) as a Public User.
- Step 2: Sign up and log in to your account
- Step 3: Select the respective RTO and then select the desired fancy number from the list. You can also enter the desired digits to search for availability of the specific fancy number plate. The respective reservation fee is also displayed next to the number.
- Step 4: Pay the required fees for registration and reserve the number.
- Step 5: You will enter an auction process for your desired fancy number plate. Enter your bid amount and monitor your bid for any new bids that are made for it. You will have to increase your bid when another bid is accepted.
- Step 6: Once the results are declared, you can pay the balance or collect the refund accordingly.
- Step 7: Print the allotment letter for reference.
