Shankar at Spinny deserves a huge shoutout! We recently sold our existing i20, which we had originally purchased through Spinny, and exchanged it for a Nexon. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the experience. A special mention absolutely has to go to Shankar. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely took ownership of everything. He worked overtime and, despite having a huge crowd of customers around him, never once showed frustration or made anyone feel like a burden. He patiently handled everything and made sure our car was delivered smoothly. And the best part? Shankar wasn’t even our assigned sales agent! Yet he stepped up and took complete ownership. Being in sales myself, I genuinely appreciate people who go beyond their assigned responsibilities. I really hope Spinny recognizes and rewards employees like Shankar who take ownership and make the customer experience so much better. Shankar bro you’re a champ! Huge kudos to you! I’d also like to appreciate Naveen from the same hub. We’ve worked with him in the past, and he has always been one of the solid guys you can count on. Naveen is a game player! The inspection team also deserves a mention. I’m not sure of their names, but they did a really good job and made the process smooth. One piece of feedback: our assigned agent, Ajay, was someone we weren’t particularly happy with. From the moment we entered, the overall attitude felt a little unwelcoming, with a constant frown that could make customers take a step back. To be fair, although he was on his week off the following day, he did coordinate a couple of things, which we appreciate. However, customer-facing roles really benefit from a warm and approachable attitude especially when customers are making a major purchase. Also, a special mention to Harish from the Finance team. He did a great job coordinating everything from his end and making sure all the finance-related formalities were sorted smoothly. Really appreciate his support and coordination throughout the process. That said, the overall experience was excellent, largely because people like Shankar and Naveen stepped up. Shankar - the best. Naveen - a game player. Spinny, please take care of these guys. Employees who take ownership like this deserve to be recognized. 100% satisfaction from us. Good job, Spinny!
