Outstanding Experience at Spinny Vadapalani! Spent the last 3 days (Saturday to Monday) at Spinny Vadapalani for a car exchange and purchase. The Spinny team made it an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience, with great hospitality, thorough car evaluation, fair resale value, great offers, and overall quality of cars. Special shoutout to the fantastic team members who assisted me. Ruknuddin (Inspection) spent a dedicated hour thoroughly inspecting my old car. He was incredibly genuine, pointing out both the pros and cons transparently. A brilliant, honest worker. Naveen was extremely polite and professional. He handled all our follow-ups diligently from Day 1 to Day 3, despite having a very busy schedule. Madhan, a huge heartfelt thanks to him! He was incredibly kind and gentle with my family. When my two kids were getting restless in the office, he and the other staff stepped in to look after them so we could focus on the transition smoothly. Aravind provided excellent support throughout the entire process. Finally, Vignesh did a proper cross check of docs and made necessary corrections.

This Spinny hub is excellent and quick service. Mr. Naveen Kumar had assisted with the sale of my first car which is almost 16 year old. The sale process was very quick and Mr. Naveen is very knowledgeable and performed all the due-dilegence promptly. He also patiently explained the process and the sale agreement documentation so we knew exactly what we are signing for. He also advised that we wait around to ensure the payment is received. Highly recommend Mr. Naveen for any of car deals.
