From upliftment to empowerment, International Women’s Day is celebrated to highlight the important role women play everyday while championing gender parity in all walks of life. Women’s Day in 2021 celebrated Women in Leadership, focusing on impact women in a variety of professions had on society.<\/p>\n\n\n

Women’s empowerment has been a core focus of work culture at Spinny. From Human Resources to Business Operations, women at Spinny are an integral part of Squad Spinny. Through active mentoring, women team members are encouraged to take up leadership in their projects to advance their professional careers at Spinny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, Spinny was the first in the automotive industry to introduce non-conditional menstrual leave policy. With the implementation of this policy, women at Spinny have been able to maximise their potential towards achieving personal and professional goals.<\/p>\n\n\n
