In the frontal offset deformable barrier test, the Brezza scored 14.41 out of 16 points. The Indo-Japanese compact SUV provided good protection to most parts of both driver and front passenger. However, protection to the driver\u2019s chest and tibiae of both front passengers was reported to be adequate. For the child occupant protection (COP) test, dummies of an 18-month-old baby and a 3-year-old baby, facing the rearward direction, were used. In the test, both dummies scored a full 8 out of 8 points in the frontal crash test and 4 out of 4 in the side crash test. Moreover, the Brezza earned a full 24 out of 24 points in the dynamic test, 12 out of 12 points in CRS (child restraint system), and 7 out of 13 in the vehicle assessment test.
