Promotion Overview&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This promotion is organized by Spinny and offers three lucky buyers the chance to win a free car and a meeting with Sachin Tendulkar through a lucky draw. The promotion is valid from 1st December 2024 to 31st December 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Eligibility&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The promotion is open to all buyers who purchase a car from Spinny during the promotional period.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only buyers who have successfully completed the purchase process, including full payment and received the delivery of the car, will be eligible for the lucky draw.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees of Spinny and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Lucky Draw Details&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three winners will be selected via a random lucky draw, with one winner chosen from each of the following time periods:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1st Winner will be chosen from the pool of Buyers who purchase a car between 1st December 2024 and 10th December 2024.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2nd Winner will be chosen from the pool of Buyers who purchase a car between 11th December 2024 and 20th December 2024.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3rd Winner will be chosen from the pool of Buyers who purchase a car between 21st December 2024 and 31st December 2024.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The lucky draw will be conducted by Spinny, and winners will be announced within seven days after the end of each period.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Winner shall be picked from all customers who have taken deliveries before 11<sup>th<\/sup> December 2024, 21<sup>st<\/sup> December 2024 and 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2025 respectively by a chit system.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Prize Details&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prize is a complete refund of the value of the car purchased by the winner excluding taxes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The meeting with Sachin Tendulkar will be organized at Spinny\u2019s next ad film shoot.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The date and time of the &#8220;Meet with Sachin&#8221; event will be finalized and communicated to customers at least 72 hours in advance.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spinny will arrange flight and accommodation as deemed appropriate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The meeting with Sachin is limited to the registered car owner only.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The winner will be notified and must claim the prize within 30 days of the announcement. Failure to claim will result in forfeiture of the prize.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. General Terms&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternative.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spinny reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant found to have violated the terms and conditions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spinny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By participating in the promotion, buyers agree to have their names and photographs used for marketing and promotional purposes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spinny shall refund the car cost within 30 days of the Registration Certificate being transferred to the Winner\u2019s name.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spinny shall deduct any challan, penalty, pending charge, applicable foreclosure cost or any other additional charge arising in case of a loan undertaking by Winner from the refunded cost of the car.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spinny shall endeavor to provide delivery to the customer at the earliest possible on a best efforts basis.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Limitation of Liability&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spinny shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Governing Law&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This promotion is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
