In response, Hyundai is now entering into the 7 seater segment with the Creta-based Hyundai Alcazar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, rather than just elongate the Hyundai Creta and launch a 7 seater SUV, Hyundai has redesigned the platform significantly. The Hyundai Alcazar features the same driveability as the Creta while being longer and comfortably accommodating a third row.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hyundai-alcazar-exterior-amp-design\">Hyundai Alcazar Exterior &amp; Design<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>At first glance, the Hyundai Alcazar appears to just be an elongated Creta. A deeper look reveals the Alcazar is very much its own SUV. The rear doors on the Hyundai Alcazar are also larger, eluding to a more spacious second row.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hyundai-alcazar-interior\">Hyundai Alcazar Interior<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The most important attraction for the Hyundai Alcatraz is on the inside. As Hyundai&#8217;s first 7 seater SUV in India, the Hyundai Alcatraz will be offered as a 6 or 7 seater car. A dual tone interior will set the ambience for the Alcazar. This is paired with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment display and a panoramic roof to elevate the passenger experience in the Hyundai Alcazar.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hyundai-alcazar-features\">Hyundai Alcazar Features<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6 seater with Captain&#8217;s seats or 7 seater with bench seats<\/li><li>Panoramic sunroof<\/li><li>10-inch touchscreen infotainment display<\/li><li>180 litre boot space with all seats deployed<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hyundai-alcazar-engines-amp-transmission\">Hyundai Alcazar Engines &amp; Transmission<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>A larger car warrants a more powerful engine and the Alcazar will get petrol and diesel engine options. The diesel variants of the Alcazar will get the 1.5-litre turbo while the petrol Alcazar variants will get the 2.0-litre petrol engine. Both engines should be capable enough to carry the additional weight of the car and up to 7 people.
