Tata HBX compact SUV Spied testing several times now, the much anticipated compact SUV from Tata is just round the corner. The Tata HBX concept was first showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo, and was said to be based on the same ALFA platform that underpins the current gen Altroz hatchback. As a compact SUV, it will be entering a hotly contested segment featuring the likes of the Hyundai Venue, Kia Seltos, and Tata Nexon. Skoda, however, has decided not to upgrade the Rapid, but will replace it with an all new sedan that will carry a brand new name. As per Skoda’s announcement the sedan will be based on the MQB A0 platform which is the company’s localized version of the global MQB platform. In terms of design, it can be expected that the new sedan will be more in line with the Skoda Octavia and Superb. 2021 Skoda Sedan Features and Powertrain Skoda’s engine offerings have always been exciting, with powerful and fast engines being a regular feature. Skoda Kushaq SUVs are the name of the game in 2021 with a number of cars in this segment being launched in just the first two months. Another SUV joining the fray is the Skoda Kushaq, a compact SUV based on the MQB A0 platform. This completely made-in-India compact SUV will feature a new aggressive design that will certainly live up to the premium standards of Skoda. One of the most awaited cars from Mahindra is their flagship SUV, the Mahindra XUV500. The new XUV500 will feature a completely new chassis and a more modern design. To rival SUVs like the new Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Tata Harrier, the 2021 XUV500 will feature a much bolder and aggressive design than the current generation flagship Mahindra SUV. 2021 Mahindra XUV500 Features and Powertrain The engines to feature on the new Mahindra XUV500 have already debuted on the 2020 Mahindra Thar.
