DigiLocker:

1. Offers storage and accessibility to various government-issued documents, ranging from educational certificates like university degrees to personal identification documents such as Driving Licence, Ration Card, Residence Certificate, and Income Certificate.
2. Example documents include university certificates, Driving Licence, Ration Card, Residence Certificate, Income Certificate, etc.
3. However, DigiLocker does not facilitate RTO-related services, such as vehicle registration, applying for a new Driving Licence, or paying road tax.

mParivahan:

4. Enter your DL number, Date of Birth, Name, etc., and click on “Get Details.”
5. Review the fetched details and click on “Save Document Link in Issued Documents.”

Accessing Your Driving Licence (DL) in DigiLocker:

1. Sign in to your DigiLocker account using your username and 6-digit pin.
2. Click on “Issued Documents” on the left side of the home screen.
3. Locate your Driving Licence from the list and click on the download icon to download it.

Validating Your DigiLocker Driving Licence with Authorities:

Yes, a Driving Licence from DigiLocker is valid and accepted by traffic police nationwide.

When requested by a traffic police officer, simply present the electronic copy via the DigiLocker app.

Uploading Your Registration Certificate (RC) in DigiLocker:

3. Fill in your details to complete your profile setup.
4. Navigate to the menu and select “DL Dashboard.” From there, choose the option to “Create Virtual Driving Licence.”
5. Enter your Driving Licence number to allow mParivahan to fetch your DL details.
6. Verify your date of birth to complete the uploading process. Your mParivahan DL will now be accessible in the “DL Dashboard”section whenever needed.

2. Downloading Your Driving Licence (DL) in mParivahan:

1. If you prefer to have a copy of your virtual DL saved on your device, follow these steps.
