- Winners Selection
- Three (3) eligible buyers of Spinny cars shall be selected via a random draw on 18th September 2025.
- All customers who complete a car purchase between 9th September 2025 and 17th September 2025 shall be eligible to participate in the draw.
- Prize Inclusions
- One (1) round-trip economy-class airfare (at Spinny’s discretion).
- One (1) night standard hotel accommodation in Dubai (room-only basis).
- One (1) ticket to an India match at the Asia Cup 2025 (match allocated solely by Spinny).
- No additional services, upgrades, or ancillary costs are included.
- Winners’ Responsibilities
- Winners shall be solely responsible for visa applications, approvals, and all associated costs.
- All incidental, personal, and out-of-pocket expenses (including meals, transport, insurance, and medical costs) shall be borne entirely by the winners.
- Companion Ticket
- Winners may request one (1) additional match ticket, subject strictly to availability and not guaranteed.
- All costs related to the companion (including airfare, stay, visa, meals, etc.) shall be solely borne by the winner.
- Match Allocation
- The specific match shall be determined and notified by Spinny post-draw.
- Winners shall have no right to request or substitute the allocated match.
- Spinny bears no liability for match changes, rescheduling, or cancellations beyond its control.
- No Refunds or Substitutions
- Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
- No refunds, reimbursements, or alternatives shall be provided if winners are unable to avail the prize for any reason, including visa denial or force majeure.
- Finality of Itinerary
- The travel and match itinerary provided by Spinny shall be final and binding.
- No modifications, extensions, upgrades, or special requests will be entertained.
